At Manzanita Berry Farms we humbly acknowledge the skill, talent and tremendous effort our employees display under sometime arduous conditions. It cannot be overstated that our organization, in fact the entire strawberry industry, is built on the foundation of hard working, dedicated employees.

In the picture below is the original core of workers of our company. All five began working for us in late 1992 and early 1993 when we were known as Santa Rosa Berry Farms. They continue to be key personnel at Manzanita Berry Farms.

Featured Employee -- Omar Aguilar

Omar Aguilar has been a key employee assisting with numerous ranch maintenance tasks and especially helpful with field research plot maintenance and harvesting. Always cheerful and friendly, Omar is an exemplary employee and we are proud to announce him as our innaugural Featured Employee for 2001.
